We recently enjoyed meeting a friendly, knowledgeable Quality Training Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience. Early in their career, they started out on the production floor, then worked as a Production Team Lead, supervising 40 employees. From there, they moved into training and are currently responsible for all new hire orientations, onboarding, and training, both one-on-one and in groups.

They have led sessions for 50+ employees at a time, creating custom presentations as needed. They also provide written analysis and evaluations to the Manufacturing Manager, Engineering Manager, and Production Supervisors.
