JULIE PEARSON, CSP, REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Julie excels at understanding the big picture in any situation and setting a clear course for both client organizations and candidates. From developing hiring strategies and efficiently addressing HR payroll processes, to managing employee safety, clients wishing to achieve their workforce goals benefit from Julie’s effective communications style and her strong leadership skills.
With over 15 years of experience in a variety of human resources and program director positions, Julie is constantly seeking new information and insight. She uses her knowledge and expertise to address your client, candidate and employee needs. Julie is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional and is an active member of The Keene Rotary Club.
JOELLE PHIPPARD, CSP, SENIOR STAFFING MANAGER
Joelle is a maestro when it comes to organizing and orchestrating all the pieces of a successful placement. She treats clients and candidates alike with professionalism, respect and enthusiasm. Joelle specializes in light industrial and mid-level technical positions for a wide variety of manufacturers in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.
Joelle brings over ten years of experience in both recruiting and human resources to our team. She is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional and is active member of the Brattleboro Area Human Resources Network.
ANDREA SMART, CSP STAFFING COORDINATOR
Andrea uses her keen eye for detail to compile all documentation necessary to prepare new field employees for employment, guide candidates through new hire orientations, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. She is friendly, engaging and always looking for ways to improve functionality and efficiency.
As owner of her own local retail/production business for many years and as member services director with a local organization, Andrea gained valuable skills in interviewing, hiring, training, supervision, benefits, payroll, and reviews. She continues to put her knowledge of HR functions to use in her current role at Masiello and is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional.
KELSEY HARRIS, STAFFING MANAGER
Kelsey is someone who truly loves connecting with people and helping them secure their best next fit, whether it’s a new professional role or fresh talent for their team. With a focus in our Office & Administrative and Finance & Accounting specialties, Kelsey calls on her account management background to build relationships with client companies and candidates, making meaningful connections between the two.
Beyond her work at Masiello, Kelsey is a strong presence in the community, serving on multiple boards and committees that support positive wellness, educational, and environmental goals within the region. She is a passionate professional and her contagious energy is an asset for the whole team. She’s excited to grow her own career with Masiello while helping others land their dream jobs, too!
