Our candidate recently returned to the Peterborough area and is looking to put her extensive HR experience to use. She has great longevity with past employers, spending nearly 12 years with one and 17 years with another. In her most recent role, she developed and administered company policies related to human resources management, benefits, safety, recruiting, hiring and terminations for 250+ professionals in nine locations. Her expertise is in policy development, recruiting, employee relations and benefits. She has a BS in business management and is working towards a master’s in HR management.
