This week, we’re excited to introduce you to a Facility Manager with great skills! This candidate has an excellent work history and range of experience within manufacturing settings, as well as many years of military service. In their most recent role, they provided remote technical support to technicians in the field (essentially a hot line).

They troubleshooted complicated repair/maintenance needs with manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, generating work orders and appropriate documentation. If needed, they would also go to the customer location. Their background also includes employee supervision, property maintenance, and vendor relations.
