Our Human Relations Manager candidate worked her way up from Office Manager, where she was asked to create a functioning HR system subsequently asked to move into an HR Manager role. As HR Manager, she is in charge of all aspects of recruiting and bringing in new hires, updating policies and procedures to abide by state law and federal law, and attending weekly meetings with management to go over any updates and/or train them in areas as needed. She is seeking a new, full-time role in the Walpole/Keene/Greenfield area where she can continue to expand her knowledge in the human resource field.
