In her most recent role as Warehouse Cluster Manager, she managed multiple departments and multiple shifts and ensured company policy adherence, processed employee time using Kronos, handled all employee issues including attendance and performance issues, developed and processed daily reports, trained new employees, performed daily cycle counts and reduced inventory loss and reduced total loss items by training employees on proper handling of merchandise. She is looking for a 1st shift position in the Keene/Brattleboro/Jaffrey/Peterborough area on the 1st shift (but will consider the right 2nd shift opportunity).
