He worked for the same organization for the past 20+ years in shipping and receiving, and has skills in production (manual assembly, visual inspection, reading calipers and micrometers), warehouse (forklift and pallet jack operation, shipping and receiving), and building maintenance (custodial work and operating industrial floor cleaners) skills. His most recent supervisor says he is a multi-tasker who never missed work.
