We are working with a candidate who holds a bachelor’s degree in quality engineering and has demonstrated skills driving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, project management, coaching/developing team members and strong communication skills. Prior positions include Quality Manager, Senior Quality Project Engineer, and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, positions where he has had success with building teams, working with all levels of people from the production floor to CEO level, coaching, and mentoring, and building morale.
