Looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor? We have recently met with a candidate who has a great deal of supervisory and Lean experience. They have extensive Lean Manufacturing training (Flow Vision) and in one role, they were part of the Lean Manufacturing implementation and training. They worked to implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives at another company and were able to reduce labor costs and inventory, as well as improve lead time by 10%.

They believe in working for a company that values their people as they feel the investment in people gets the company to the bigger goal. This candidate feels they have strong troubleshooting skills and we felt they performed very well in our interview. They are looking for a minimum of $80,000 and are available right away.
