Our candidate is a Manufacturing Engineer who is looking for a role that offers the freedom to conceive and implement solutions for design challenges. He has an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering technology and a bachelor’s in electromechanical engineering technology. In his most recent role, he created and maintained production bill of materials for several product lines, working with purchasing to appropriately source components and materials; managed the floor layout for efficient workflow and use of space; reviewed tests and identified issues; and disassembled failed machinery. He is proficient in the following programming software: Basic, C and Java, Microcontroller Programming, PLCs, Ladder Logic and PID Control Systems, and Lab View. His ideal role is on the 1st shift (although he is open to 2nd shift) in the Brattleboro/Keene/Greenfield/Hinsdale/Winchester/Bellows Falls area.
