In one position, she worked with global programs to ensure compliance with in-country fiscal and United States accounting codes. This oversight included human resources and payroll, as well as local currency expense transactions and end of program financial reporting, reconciliations, and program audits. Later, she became an Accounting Manager and Finance Office for a management company and was responsible for all accounting operations, compliance, financial statements, and reporting.
