Our Training and Organization Development candidate served for seven years as an organization effectiveness strategist and advisor to the VP of human resources, acting as employee coach and trainer, instructional designer, and learning/performance consultant. In addition, he administered an online learning management system, developed learning assessments, and oversaw the employee management system. He has a BS in resource economics and several professional development courses under his belt, and is open to temporary projects and consultation positions within 30 minutes of Brattleboro, VT.
