We have met an excellent IT Help Desk candidate. This candidate has extensive IT experience and most recently and for the last 11 years they worked at a college as a computer lab manager and desktop support. In this role, they supported all students and faculty with their computer needs, set up new PCs, installed all programs, set up VPN access, provided printer support, maintained all certificates and licenses, and provided whatever technical support and troubleshooting was needed.
In addition to being technically savvy, they enjoy the customer support aspect very much. When asked what makes them stand out, they replied “they get along easily with everyone and are very good at problem solving”.
