This week, we’re shining the spotlight on an Engineering Technician who worked their way up from the floor, operating machines, to manufacturing engineering. In their previous role, they were responsible for setting standards, processing change requests for the plant, time studies, training new hires on reading process sheets, blueprints and GDT, and documentation of machine breakdowns.
