Looking for a Call Center Supervisor? Our candidate has the experience you need and is looking for a new full-time position on the first shift in the Keene/Brattleboro/Peterborough areas. They are currently employed as a Customer Care Supervisor, supervising a team of eleven associates, where they have made extended efforts to streamline processes and create procedures to best manage goals. They previously held a similar position as a Customer Care Account Specialist and also as a Store Leader with a national retailer. 

This candidate holds several relevant certifications, is an intermediate level user of Excel and is good at team building, planning, and promoting the values of positive customer care. They are outgoing and energetic with strong communication skills.
