She has extensive experience in the human resources and finance and accounting fields including direct and indirect recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, benefits, worker’s compensation, interpreting and enforcing policies, coaching and discipline, employee relations, and conducting investigations. She is also skilled in A/P, A/R and cost accounting. In her most recent role, she was working within the healthcare industry, responsible for training employees, developing and documenting new processes, performing staff productivity audits, and employee relations.
