This brings us around to our office ethics, which are rooted in volunteerism and giving back to the people we serve. We have enjoyed every minute spent collaborating with our region’s organizations, helping those who need it the most. From collecting food for Feeding Tiny Tummies to holiday shopping for families connected with Monadnock Center for Violence Protection, giving back means a great deal to our whole team. 

And of course, you can always find Regional Director Julie Pearson doing this in creative ways, whether it’s stepping up for a local softball game or Dancing with the Keene Stars. Her presence on local boards and as part of area charitable organizations has a significant impact. We’re grateful for her commitment to community! 

Just as fun have been the many community activities and sponsorships we’ve been part of. Looking back at the fond memories collected at Swap Bat games, the Winchester Pickle Festival, and Greater Monadnock Greater Collaborative After Hours events, we know just why we love living and working here. 

Our team’s shared values have helped us remain resilient, committed, and successful for nearly 40 years. During COVID, we adapted swiftly, embracing remote work and flexible scheduling. This transition not only kept us connected but also opened the door to upgrading our office space. Our beautiful, new location is on Elm Street in downtown Keene, NH. It has enabled us to cultivate an efficient hybrid work model. We continue to evolve while staying focused on what matters most—serving you.

You may be wondering who these incredible local professionals are. Senior Vice President Patty McGrail has been at the forefront of the positive work accomplished by Leddy Group for 30 years. She deserves a long, loud round of applause. Touching every division, every market, every aspect of the business, each day she is thinking of bigger, better ways to make a lasting impact in other people’s lives. 

Julie Pearson is the captain here at Masiello Employment Services and sees the big picture with crystal clarity. For over 13 years she has steered our mission, constantly seeking new information and insight. She frequently makes new connections at area volunteer events and community activities. Ever ready for a new challenge, Julie is ready to bring it on.

Senior Staffing Manager Joelle Phippard has also been a critical key player in our success story. And she’s been with us for over 13 years! The maestro of organization, Joelle works tirelessly to serve our community and improve the lives of everyone she meets. Her infectious energy has elevated so many!

Staffing Coordinator Andrea Smart recently earned the Shining Star Award, which was created to highlight those among us who exemplify “living” the mission statement and core values in all daily activities. Andrea is a true team player; she’s one-hundred percent committed to enhancing our client’s experience working with us. Her dedication and engaging energy impresses us daily! 

Joining the Leddy Group network of companies 10 years ago offered significant advantages. One was the flexibility to become an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company.
