Julie excels at understanding the big picture in any situation and setting a clear course for both client organizations and candidates. From developing hiring strategies and efficiently addressing HR payroll processes, to managing employee safety, clients wishing to achieve their workforce goals benefit from Julie’s effective communications style and her strong leadership skills.

With over 15 years of experience in a variety of human resources and program director positions, Julie is constantly seeking new information and insight. She uses her knowledge and expertise to address your client, candidate and employee needs. Julie is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional and is an active member of The Keene Rotary Club.

Joelle is a maestro when it comes to organizing and orchestrating all the pieces of a successful placement. She treats clients and candidates alike with professionalism, respect and enthusiasm. Joelle specializes in light industrial and mid-level technical positions for a wide variety of manufacturers in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.

Joelle brings over ten years of experience in both recruiting and human resources to our team. She is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional and is active member of the Brattleboro Area Human Resources Network.


Julie Ann uses her creativity to attract and recruit new candidates in the light industrial industry. In addition, she conducts interviews to determine candidate eligibility for current job opportunities, communicates with clients on open positions, and manages field employees.

With a background in customer service and communications, Julie Ann puts her love of helping people and solving problems to use in meeting the needs of candidates and clients alike. The variety of positions she has held while in the United States Air Force, state government, and publishing gave her the necessary experience and comfort level to work in virtually any situation.


Andrea uses her keen eye for detail to compile all documentation necessary to prepare new field employees for employment, guide candidates through new hire orientations, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. She is friendly, engaging and always looking for ways to improve functionality and efficiency.

As owner of her own local retail/production business for many years and as member services director with a local organization, Andrea gained valuable skills in interviewing, hiring, training, supervision, benefits, payroll, and reviews. She continues to put her knowledge of HR functions to use in her current role at Masiello.


Peggy’s is the friendly voice that greets all candidates and clients who walk through the door or call the Masiello office. In addition to manning the front desk, she also processes applications and supports the recruiters by contacting applicants to schedule interviews, distributing employee paychecks, and performing whatever administrative support is needed to help people secure employment.

Prior to joining Masiello, Peggy was a receptionist/administrative assistant with a successful architectural firm in Bedford, Ohio for 10 years where she developed great communication and organizational skills. When she and her husband relocated to New Hampshire, she joined Masiello and continues doing what she enjoys the most—meeting and helping people.
