Referral Service
Hiring the right person for a specific position is a difficult process. How do you know that they will be a good fit for your company? Do they really have the skills noted on their resume? Through our referral program, you have the option of sending an applicant to us for a risk-free 30-day trial period; during which time we bring the employee onto our payroll - assuming all deductions, including Workers’ Compensation insurance. If at any point during those 30 days you find the applicant to be unsatisfactory, for whatever reason, simply let us know and we will take care of the rest. In addition, if you find the applicant to be a suitable match at the end of the 30-day trial period, you have the option to add them to your payroll at no additional cost!
